CA header and Down pipe!!!

I installed the header and down pipe and I had to suck the cat back exaust forward 2" which created a angle on the down pipe collector that creates a bad exaust leak. Also had to cut some of the heaat shield around the Cat that was hitting the sway bar making bad a vibration. Has anybody had this problem? Or is it something I should bring up with the company? I am about to take the car to an exaust shop and have them add pipe and bends to fix the problem. But defeats the purpose of "bolt on"!!!!

the down pipe was the one that was on the CA website. When i installed it I did the header and the down pipe together. When I matched the stock down pipe to the new one they looked like they matched! I was going to put the stock header back on to see but whe I pulled it off I noticed a crack so I didn't want to put it back on...
