can you take the rev limiter of the auto??
One of the reason's it's there is to stop some parking-lot hero from doing neutral (N) to drive (D)drops at 65 hundred. Then, more times than not, when something breaks and the fore mentioned hero tries to have it warrantied, GM doesn't have to deal with it because they put the limiter on to begin with
.
.
So there are people modding their car for the satisfaction of being the only person to know their car is above stock. Then coming on a web site to lecturing people who do what every other performance enthusiest does weather they admit it or not. Just to lecture people, like Ben kanobi when Anikin his a quadrapoleagic burning in a lave pit, thats dedication to lecturing.
Any ways YES i do beleive cars shouldnt be idiot proof it just lends to idiots living longer and breeding but since you seem to be proidiots more power too yah.
Oh yeah Just because a car is an auto dosent make it laughable to be associated with performance. Infact many automatic have been race proven time and time again Ive seen stock hydromatic 400s take over 600 hp stock. There is a reason they make tons of ratchet shifters. Becides Some areas its just not reasonable to own a manual for daily driving like densly populated areas like Chicago.
