My Aeroforce interceptor gauge usually reads about 245-247whp. The other day I did a 3rd gear pull and it read 180-190whp... what the hell happened? could it be the weather? or just an unpredictable device for reading hp, lol.

That's a good point.

Are you going WOT and it hesitates in those RPMs for a second ?

That might totally be it.

I don't think VVT would be this noticable.

yes i go wot and it lags between 2-4k and then it just opens up and goes. What gets me is it was never this noticeable before, like its real bad these days. I cleaned the Maf yesterday, havent had much of a chance to drive it after that but i do plan to get it tuned next month.

I pray this fixes the issue because its terrible

Yeah sounds like PE delay to me. Are you tuned at all? If you aren't you need one badly.

for it to work properly? You either didnt read the entire post or are just too stupid to comprehend what was said, but the car DID NOT do this until recently, it didnt have a turbo or a supercharger for the last 2 years i have owned it and it did NOT do this.

You get it? Or will i have to repeat it again because you have the memory of a goldfish?

Well before it did this very briefly when i had that gay ass engine cover on it, as soon as i took that off it was perfect again until my last track visit where something happend on the last pass to cause it to act like it heat soaks 24/7

Usefull info or dont post at all.
Your right, I've never owned or modded a LE5 before. i Obviously have no info on this subject. El oh el

hes only a 2.4

how about maintenance? fuel filter, plugs, air filter?

you can definitely heat soak on an N/A...where your CAI or SRI becomes a HAI

do you notice a difference if you drive around for a bit at higher speeds?

yes...PE delay takes effect up to around 3k RPMs

then at around 4500 RPMs the VVT kicks in

a tune will allow full power from a dead stop instead of limiting until 3k RPMs

Until? No mine doesn't start boggin till 3k lol. Was testin it today, around 2800rpm it loses power till about 3800-4000rpm then the power comes back

And again, nobody can seem anwser why this wasn't an issue for the first 2 years

Wow it's the kids like you that have ruined this site!! It's retards like you that shouldn't even be aloud here. Next your your going to start a thread on how you cant get your neon underglow lights to work right. Just burn your car and go get a civic so you can start threads there about how vtec is not kicking in you waste of life

i shouldnt be? i have an issue with my car and you just make fun of the motor, give no usefull help and your telling me i shouldnt be allowed?

Your a ******* idiot.

If you have nothing useless to contribute then stay the hell out of the thread. Ive owned the car 2 years, it did not have this issue until recently, so explain how your first comment in this thread did **** all?

Is it because you turbo'ed your ss you think your god now? Theres thousands of much better and faster cars then yours out on the road so get your head out of your ass.
