To OP, It is just a Cobalt bro dump that **** lol. I got rid of my Redline because those cars are built poorly as so is the Cobalt.

 

Cannot quite afford to yet. JUST got back to my good job this week lol. Been laid off from it for over a year and a half and finally got a call back.

not going to make any car purchases this year to make sure im there for sure.

So for now, i will be holding onto my cobalt for awhile and would atleast like it to run properly lol

I asked nicely at the beginning and got a bunch of you smartasses that come in acting all high and mighty and do say **** all for help so leave the thread if u have nothing to contribute.

Well you said it just started happening.... so maybe go back and figure out whats the cause of the problem... You said you just got the K&N???? maybe you got oil on the map sensor????? or maybe you got a wiring problem to the map sensor thats giving the computer a wrong reading...


Now saying Projekt doesn't know what he's doing and his a kid. you never met the guy but you'll open your mouth.... I've met him a few times now and he might be young but he's a **** load more mature then you...

 

i can bet ample amounts of money hes not more mature then me, the fact that he came in with his first response that its because i have a 2.4 and quit bitching, does that sound mature? Yes its a 2.4, its been a 2.4 since ive owned it, but oddly enough the problem hasnt always been there, so wouldn't tell you its not because its a 2.4? Yet he still said it because hes moved onto the TC, he's on his high horse now. But hey, im the immature one.... Right.

Back to the intake, the intake has been on since febuary, this has only been going on for a couple weeks. I took the sensor out and cleaned it very well and no change. The car runs perfect the first 5-10 minutes of driving it, after that, it starts the issue.

Anyways, i wont be finding my help here, thats obvious, too many people just high and might because they own a better motor and would rather poke fun instead of actually helping and if i dont just roll over and take it, im the *******. ******* highschool kids.

yea everyone dreams of having a 400hp fwd car, the use of the power on the streets is incredible, put those 300hp rwd cars to shame, no seriously. Hows those track times btw?

But hey, im sure if your car started to run like **** and you come on here for help, you would appreciate everyone coming in and just making smart ass comments with no help. Always different when your on the other end
