Cat-Back Fight to the Death

Ok I have narrowed the contenders down to two finalist. The Corsa Sport and the Magnaflow 2.5in

So let the fight begin for best looking, sounding, and power gains.

edit:

also i will keep the stock DP and get the GMPP honed manifold

I like the Magnaflow. From the clipse i have herd its not real raspy unlike most 2.5 inch exhaust for teh cobalt. And the price is much cheeper then corsa.

Well, the Magnaflow is full stainless, with polished resonator, muffler and roller tip........I don't know about the Corsa, but the Magnaflow's looks and quality are top notch.

well price isn't really a factor, I am going with the GMPP honed manifold and keeping the stock downpipe until HPtuners comes out.

thats the vibrant thats doing that i think .. every vibrant setup i've heard has that issue on the 2.0

i've heard of some issues with the magnaflow resonators crapping out .. but from what i've heard magnaflow sounds pretty good corsa might soiund a teenie bit deeper but you cant go wrong either way.. imo magnaflow because of the price

Magnaflow hands down. Best exhaust for our car. Ive had mine on for 2.5 years now with no issues. Sounds great, looks great, feels great.

25 to 3 for the magnaflow
the corsa is a waste of money, it's just a GMPP exhaust with a different logo

I have the 2.5 Magna-Flow setup with a ZZP Catless DP. It gets a little Raspy in the higher RPMS when I get on it but its a nice sound just cruisin around.

alot of people here havent even heard the corsa or have even had it on their cars...

I for one had the corsa on my car and believe me its the best exhaust that you can buy for the ss/sc unless you want huge power....2.5 inch stainless steel lifetime warranty doesnt sound raspy and has an awesome tone...

I had the corsa sport all i ever got was compliments on how my car sounded, i have also heard the magnaflow and believe me its not a better product by any means than the corsa, the corsa is top notch

I have the Corsa Sport and cannot complain, but this thread needs sound clips. The clips of the Corsa I have heard around here sound nothing like mine or the other one I have heard. Theres a clip here of some guy supposedly with a Corsa sport getting on the highway and its all raspy etc, sounds garbage.

The build quality is very good, and the sound is very nice and deep. The harware with the kit is A1. The reflective sound technology used in the corsa, prevents and resonant frequencies within the cabin, which cause that "Drone" or "Humming" effect. It uses two mufflers to accomplish this. Its more expensive so thats the only downfall. If you can afford it, you will be impressed. I do get compliments on it quite often, and for a 4cyl thats an accomplishment.. lol . To each their own, I would say the Magnaflow is the more popular of the two, but not the better.

Im trying to get my buddy by to take a sound clip. He has a great mic etc. As far as the install, I can take a shot of that, but its just like it looks on the website. I will try and get a shot when I get home.

I am interested but I don't have the money for it now. I don't want you to hold on to anything for me.
