Cold Air Near Gear Shifter

I feel cold air coming up where you shift the car from park to drive, is that normal? or should I get the dealer to look at it. Anyone have any ideas what it could be?

Thanks.

Should be a grommet of some sort where the shift cable goes through into the engine compartment, might have been dislodged somehow allowing outside air into the area under the console.

Don't have an auto so I am not sure exactly where it would pass through.......but you could follow the cable from the tranny end (if you can see it) and follow it back.
