how come a 3rd gear pull?

doesn't that just inflate the numbers?

Mine was 4th gear...aren't most?

3rd gear = 4th gear

Although the theory is correct that 4th gear is a better gear to get realistic numbers both gears put out the same HP +/- 5 or so HP &/or TQ

so you guys think that the car is going to make more or less horsepower in 3rd than in 4th? this is the problem with chassis dynos, they dont give you accuracy

I dont have it scanned yet but will post it up when i do. Great horsepower curve and an nice flat torque curve.

here is the shitty part...the car runs VERY lean averageing 16.09!! with a minimum of 12.42 (at redline) and a maximum of 17.97 (low-mid rpm)!! (the air:fuel was logged with a tailpipe sniffer...the numbers might actually be better....or worse!)

good ol shitty GM calibrations hold true on both the SS/SC and the 2.4 apparently.

There is definatly much to be gained from a good tune just to even out the air:fuel

Overall im impressed with just an intake an exhaust on this car.

im confused by this dynograph...everything seems fine and dandy and there is no question in my mind that it is real so please don't take it as questioning what you put down, but there is NO WAY your car weighs in at 3400 lbs....my car weighs about that!

i think he just put 3400 as a general number....as far as i know that does not effect the dyno in any way...
