exaust gasket

I have a cobalt addiction header and am having nothing but trouble with exaust leaks. I have replced the gasket 4 times and it will only last for about 2-3 weeks before another leak. Does anybody know of a good gasket that will solve this issue???

resurfice it. If it wasnt made right and they just put it together its gonna warp. look at it and see if it looks like a roller coaster. If it does take a sander and sand it down. took me like 4 hours to get mine flat. mine was warped as well. thats what i get for buying cheap header.

I had the same problem. Took it to a local muffler shop. They used two regular gaskets with a metal gasket in between. They used this in their high pressure turbo set-ups. Worked like a charm, no leaks

Im going to take it off and see about warpage. It would be nice if cobalt addiction would ever answer there phone or return a call. Then I could find out if I can get it replaced... But thanks for all the ideas. Also I still would like to put on a copper gasket. So if anybody knows where to get them could you let me know... Thanks
