External Wastegate/Timing Issue

Ill make this short and sweet. I have recently finished my build and I'm running on an external wastegate. I can slowly creep into boost without timing being pulled. But once the wastegate opens up it take out a LOT of timing. I can't do any solid pulls because the car falls on its ass. Everything is tight. Nothing is rubbing. I notice that timing is pulled first and nearly a second after I get KR. Thoughts? I know this is such a long shot.

On tip in you should be pretty rich then progressively get leaner, is your wideband showing that?

Could be some bad camshaft position sensors or cam actuators

Don't think someone would be dumb enough to do that.

I see a 12.5 under WOT. Tune isn't complete though yet. Just a base tune is what im working with atm. Ran into issues during my first day of tuning. Tune will be revised on Sunday since I have taken care of a few issues. If its not in the tune then im going to have to dig deeper

Yeah. Something was overlooked in the tune.
