forced induction question

i just found out that ZZP will be offering a supercharger kit for the 2.4 in a few weeks.its going to include everything.my question is will it be worth it to go this route or just go turbo.from what i understand the supercharger is an easier install.im not looking for crazy amount of power i was thinking the stage 2 kit with an intercooler.anyone have any input on what kind of power this will produce?

imo i would go turbo if i had someone to install it and tune it for me. however if i didn't know what i was doing and wanted reliability i would supercharge it.

idk. lol. ether get nitrous and have fun with that and save up for a nicer or that's already boosted or buy the s/c kit and go get someone to install it then someone who is good at tuning. think about all your options and everything before you do it.

Yeah that sounds about right but he pieced his together. We don't know anything about zzp's supercharge kit it may yield better results.

I definitely want to know myself, especially since I will be happy if I don't need to tap for oil pressure/drain. I just want mild power myself.

if i recall, you havent posted numbers over 300whp, though you're well over 300tq

dont worry dude, i keep tabs on you...you're my guinea pig to see how far you can push the motor/tranny (though we know the tranny cant quite hold up now)

You could probably go to any speed shop that has a dyno to get it done.

I would just spray it and be done with it. for 1500 you can get low 13s with full bolt ons and 75 kit. All of that with an afternoon install vs weeks of install, troubleshooting, and tuning

would rather supercharge so the power is always there.just want a little more power over stock and dont want to mess with bottle filling and all that.
