gear and top speeds

THis might be an odd question but im curious to around wut range of speed does each gear top out at? i downshifted to speed up awhile back because i was cruising in 4th at around 50. i went down to 3rd and accelerated but it still wasnt as fast as i wanted.. mainly wut im lookinf for is the top speeds in 1st second and third

i have no clue about the 5spds, but as a wild guess prolly 1st=40ish 2nd=70-80ish 3rd=110ish 4th=130-140ish 5th=i have no clue(if u can top it out) i think im putting out more then what they really do, but this is a ballpark figure all i know is 3rd in my auto i can go past 107

for the 5 speed your pretty off, much shorter gears. With a 6500rev limit 1st about 30, 2nd 55ish, 3rd about 80, 4th around 110-115, and 5th 137mph. Thats for the F23 transmission.

This is the 2.4 section.. Stock rev limiter is 6750

2nd: ~61, 3rd: ~87, 4th: faster then I go

i got to 155 in 5th gear and the only reason i slowed down was b/c that was way to fast but my car was still pushing hard...oh and i am still stock

Thanks. I was also curious about the top speed in gear. I am thinking about installing a Hahn RaceCraft Turbo Kit on my 2008 Cobalt Sport with the 2.4 engine.
