glowshift narrowband

tried installing the glowshfit narrowband today... we followed the instructions and hooked up the green wire to the grey wire in the o2 sensor.. and it just stays on lean.. any advice?

It's a narrowband... You supposed to use a wideband to get accurate readings, stock engines use a narrowband only to tell if it's rich or lean to weak the afr- nothing more.
