GM Exhaust. Performance or Touring?

Which one should I go with? I want to stick with GM products, and I like the sounds, but I want to see what yall think.

I have performance also and i love the it sounds. Nice and deep, not too loud, yet it says HELLO! when you punch it. Now with header and downpipe on it has gotten louder and the tone has changed a bit, but sounds more aggressive. I still like the sounds, but just letting you know how it'll be if you decide to get header/dp later on. If you prefer something more mellow and quiet though, i say go with the touring. I believe it has two resonators, versus the single on the performance catback. I hope that helps. Shoot me a pm if you want to hear the way it sounds now with header/dp(CA header V1, CA 2.5in d/p with high flow cat), i can make a quick recording.

I say neither the pricing is just ridiculous how it went from 357 to 545 honestly the exhaust isnt worth that much. There is no reason an exhaust should go up 188 dollars and thats without the 62 for the tip. Gm is just screwing people now. If a vendor lowered the price id buy one in a second.

i heard the performance and i thought it would atract too much attention. the touring was loud enough to hear and enjoy without annoucing yourself from 4 blocks away.

but personally on the ss/tc i will not be going for the gmpp, i'm leaning towards the slp loudmouth and maybe throw on a resonator

I got the 2.5" ZZP header/dp, removed the cat, and have the touring exhaust (with the resonator removed). It REALLY REALLY sounds like a Honda and I seriously want to put the resonator back on. And yes, HOLY HELL, it is extremely loud. How much rasp would I get rid of if I threw the resonator back on, it sounds terrible.

You would get rid of a lot of rasp. The resonator is there for a reason lol. I'd hate for you to get mistaken for a ricer =P jp jp

As long as you leave the CAT on or get a high flow CAT neither one is raspy. The performance is louder though as it only has only one resonator and muffler.

They're both deep, but i think the touring is somewhat deeper. Anyways, the outlet on the muffler is 2.5" i think.
