What kind of upgrades should we do before hand to prep for this? Fuel pump, pistons, anything?
You need nothing more than the system. It's all there, and I've personally proven this engine is capable of 450 HP in stock form. The internals of the 2.4 are a joy to behold!

You do need, however, an exhaust that's up to the task, and we've developed a tasty 3" polished stainless system for this very purpose

^^ You know I passed a 2.0 on the way to work this morning and I thought coming home and making an R/C car out of a 2 liter bottle powered by a fan on top.. got lazy and didn't do it though.

We pride ourselves in same-day turnaround and next-day shipping for PCM reflash. If you ship it to us on a Monday, you can have it back by Wednesday.

No, we've discontinued offering boost gauges as a standard item in turbosystems due to the plethora of different available gauge types that folks wish to 'match'. It's so much easier to leave this up to the customer. However, we do offer a sweet HAHN 30 psi boost gauge, traditional black face...I bet you could get our man Brad to hook you up with one on a turbosystem purchase if you ask very nicely

so by the sounds of things, this is a direct plug and play system? AS in, no endless nights of torturous tuning?

I actually got an email from Brad earlier today.. but unfortunately I won't be able to ask very nicely for about 6 months, which should be about enoug htime for a few guys to have them intalled and some nice video installed... but I absolutely cannot wait.

Install wise - do you guys have a list of recommended shops around the country, or is this relatively painless?

Hey Victory - we're talking about 1/4 mile, not 3/10 KM or whatever you guys run on.

i must give credit where credit is due.....you victory are indeed on top of a very big hill...but unlike yourself there are alot of other ss/sc drivers who are complete douchbags and think their cars are the greatest cobalts ever built ....it only takes someone with high hopes for the 2.4 to make a cobalt to top them all....what numbers are you looking at as far as hp/tq goes on your car?

Currently, we have no less than 63 dealers, and many also install.

Painless? Well, if you don't mind a few scraped knuckles, then yes...it's all wrenchwork, no fabrication, but there are some tight confines to work in behind the engine. We do include a very detailed instruction manual, and it's not cryptic or written for 'pros only'. If you have a buddy who's a pro auto mechanic to help you with the more technical aspects of the installation (such as fuel system mods), then that's an ideal scenario.

I'd say the enthusiast with average skills could pull off the installation in a weekend if you draft a helpful friend and leave the Genuine Drafts alone

Well if I won'tbe able to drive it for a weekend, ya gotta have the genuine drafts! So what more can you tell us about this program that comes with it to make tuning a snap.. is it software based, using a laptop - or what are we looking at?

Also - how did you guys manage the fuel issues, 5th injector? And this is using a piggy back system, right?
