have i run out of mods? help!!

as the title says...

i dont know what else i can do at this point. i have a full exhaust h/dp/cat back and intake, i wanted to bolt on as many things as posible and now im out of ideas to make more power. i dont wanna boost yet so thats not gonna happen. and i dont wanna have to do cams or head work yet.

so now i bid you farewell

as i go sit around and brainstorm while i have a beer.

light weight pullies will help out for a little hp just cause of the fact that you whole belt drive is turning less weight which=more hp cause your taking off a little strain to the engine. It will be worth it. But it is a remove and replace item, so I have no idea if those would affect warranty.

hmm so does anyone even make pullies for the 2.4 eco?? im planning on the eibach sway bar set eventually when i feel i need it, right now from the drop and adjustable struts the car handles totally different and wayyy nicer. i dont need a tq damper cuz i hae poly engine mounts and control arm bushings. and i have been looking into a short through.
im wondering though if i can use a short throw made for an ss/sc??

spend money on your tranny or suspension...that will help get the power that you do have down to the ground! plenty of money to spend there...

You can get a crank pulley, saturn motorsports has a throttle body, or the short throw like you already say. i say spray or cams, but thats just me

isnt the crank pully the most annoying one to replace? if im doing that anyway wouldnt it be more effiecient to get a lighter crank/ac/alternator pullies?

i seen the saturn motorsports tb, i was kinda doubting the possible gains though

At the risk of getting flamed... How about e-rams?

Here's my dyno graph, both with and without the e-rams running at 12.65v. That's about what you'd expect from 1 e-ram at 13.8v. I'm now running them at 14.5v which will about double the 6hp/ 5tq increase you see on the graph (20k rpm to 28krpm.)

This is what the top one looks like installed with my injen. The other one is on the other end of the cai under the bumper.

I believe the lightweight pulley they have out is the crank pulley. You'll have to ask around for install questions. There's not a whole lot left for you do to that will net you big gains without going into the motor or nitrous. You've done almost all the breathing mods you can do, the TB and crank pulley are just more of supporting mods and go behind the theory, "every little bit counts"

ive heard the crank pulley does next to nothing, otherwise, I myself would've bought one considering they're only $70. I looked at the Saturn Motorsports TB, but I doubt the gains...if any real gain at all....will be worth the price. If you dont have a short shifter, then hurry up and get the TWM, its awesome! Sway bars.......Progress, Suspension Techniques and Eibach. Cams.....a bit too much work for me. Clutch and flywheel....like you said, when the time comes, i'll replace it. (Spec stg 2 and Fidanza flywheel). Wouldn't do nitrous personally.

I have a 2.4SS as well, and while I wait for Doc to return from San Diego at the end of the summer (b/c when he gets back im gonna install my SS/SC injectors and have him tune it with HP Tuners) im gonna sell my 18" Enkei's and replace them w/ 19" Rial Nogaros, then buy Eibach front/rear sway bars, Prothane motor mount bushings and Koni adjustables.

e-rams are low pressure electrically operated superchargers. Think of them as having a perfect cai/ram-air setup with a giant hood scoop. Except it works off the line. They only work at WOT though (set up on a nitrous switch) as they draw too much current to run all the time. To learn more go to:
