how long to install crank pulley?
So around how long will it take to install a crank pulley on these motors on a cobalt...........

depending on wether or not you have to move the engine around to reach it. havent looked at it, but it is a good question. I was considering ordering a lightened, smaller diameter one from GM performance or some other place, reduce some of that drag

install time is minutes. you need to remove the cover peices and the old pulley. i think the main bolt is 21mm, so make sure you have that and a 15mm wrench for the belt tentionor, very simple process. Also, worsecase, you'll also need a pulley-puller, they are cheap.
