i have a K&N SRI and im gonna make some changes to the heat shield and possibly make my ingalls fit. i like the intake it sounds nice. easy to install.

Unless you plan on taking the car swimming, you should be fine with no hydro-shield. I live in MN, and we have had snow, rain, and slush in the past 2 weeks. I'm running the injen with no hydro, and I have had no problems. If you are a little concerned than just get the shield, they are only like $25.

i just think rebel is to expencive. if you needed 3 inch intake, dont you think that one of the big names would offer it? i dono. id like to see a dyno compare the two.

I heard rebel is really good quality, so I would choose that one. If you would decide on short ram than the k/n typhoon would be a good choice also.

B/c the other brands know you'll buy their ****. AEM and Injen have been around forever, so they'll design intakes good enough to just get by.
