This might be a dumb question but does the K&N cold air intake fit the 2.4 and y do they call it a cold air intake when it looks like a short ram?

 

Ya they make the Typhoon for the 2.2L, Nothing yet for the 2.4 but the Typhoon will fit on a 2.4L.. And no its not a cold air cause it doesn't run into the wheel well.. A short ram sucks air in from the engine bay which is warm..
