LE5 to LDK?

I wanted to start a new build but wasn’t to sure if what I was thinking of doing would work... Was hoping someone on here could help out so I got a 2.4L LE5 engine inside my cobalt everything’s stock and wanted to swap the engine for the LDK long block offered by ZZP. Thoughts on if it’s work?

Iirc the LDK has a smaller bore than the LE5, 86mm vs 88mm.

I did a LDK swap in my Ariel Atom. ZZP long block stage 2 cams and heaver springs . 60mm Garrett turbo made almost 600hp to the wheels.

you cannot swap an LDK into an LE5 car without doing an entire harness swap. All of the wiring and PCM is different.

You can, however, put your head on an LDK bottom end (short block) and use an LSJ/LNF clutch. The crank reluctors are the same, just would need a tune tweak.
