I picked HPTuners Pro so when I am more comfortable with the interface I would be glad to help out. Actually my unit has a bunch of guys tunes on it already as I bought it used so a bunch of LSJ cars are on it. I am just having fun trying to setup my base tune for my 2.4 TVS, hoping she fires up today (crosses fingers)

If you don't already have a wideband.... get one, only way to get a safe tune and not blow your engine!

It's really not that bad. What size fuel injectors are you going to be running and what afr you wanting?

 

I have 80lb Siemens Injectors I used the tables in the spreadsheet posted. Still have to button up the tensioner setup and wiring for the MAP Sensor and LS4 TB. Haven't even started the car yet, and haven't adjusted much more than fuel tables.

Have to work on timing, spark and figure out histograms to setup the 2.5 bar Map. Sucks that the all the tables aren't the same from LSJ to LE5.

I have the TVS, LS4 TB, Cut Apart Ported Dual Pass OTTP Intake Manifold, Option B tank, OTTP 24"x48"x4" ish Front Mount H/E. Pacesetter Header and 3" downpipe/full exhaust. Have and a DevilsOwn Methkit 2.5 Gallon Sumped Tank with Progressive Controller I also have a plate for meth and nitrous but have it up for sale thinking Corn. I want to see what it puts out. I have the stock pulley and a 2.5" pulley as well. Then I will work on the head...

Well send me you tune file or post it. Also I can help you setup the histograms. The map sensor just needs to be changed under the engine diag tab. Just pm me everything you need help setting up and I will send you some tables to get started with maybe even a scanner I have setup already.

your running too rich, send the pcm back to zzp and tell them to fix it.

OK THANKS LET ME SEE IF I CAN .....its running a hell of alot better now though because i read up on zzp and it said 60% of cobalts leave the factory with there ic pump not working..and that was the problem.
