Love my LE5

So i bought my car Nov. 11th 2007 with 24,582 miles on it. this past weekend on a trip to NH i hit 150K miles. car has been nothing but good to me. Beside regular maintanece, i've only ahd to change the wheel bearings, and it needs a thermostat now. but other than that she has been SOLID. i drive it like a rental, take it to the track, and drive 80 miles round trip to work everyday. i do all of the regular mainenetce with fluids and filters (still on the stock belt) This past weekend on my Trip up to NH to my cousins the car got 34.5MPG according to the DIC. i filled it up when we left. logged 226 Miles, said i had 209 till empty and 34.5MPG on the DIC. Who says Chevy's aren't reliable or efficient. anyways I plan on keeping this little commuter till she dies, and then maybe ill throw a stage 2 clutch and a ZZP motor in her and keep driving it. i had an 01J body before this, and even though this car rattles and vibs (solid mounts) im more impressed with it than i thought i would be.

Cliffnotes: i've put 125K on my car, beat the hell out of it, and it still treats me damn good. 34.5 MPG all highway.

Ya the Le5 is an awesome engine, reliable, pretty good on gas and despite what the boosted SS owners say the 2.4 hauls pretty damn good with a 5spd, and with all the cars I've owned I gotta say, this is truly my favourite so far I <3 my cobalt
