Manifold bolt size question

As I'm getting ready to install my supercharger this weekend, I'm laying out the parts and notice the size of the hole in the bracket that attaches to the base of the manifold. I have looked up pics and the bolt doesn't look like it fits snug in that bracket. Is it suppose to? Is the bolt that large or is that bracket suppose to have some sort of bushing?

The bolt isn't snug in the bracket, it's there to support the manifold, doesn't have to locate it exactly. Tighten the upper bolts first, then the lower, and it will be in the right place.

Thank you. I have the bolt and thought I may not have received bushings. I imagine that mass of aluminum just had too much expansion and contraction to be secured like that.
