I was pretty scared the first time I tried it too, but Ive largely gotten over that. There are lots of vtec honda guys using nitrous successfully, so I dont see why it would be any different with the VVT on your 2.4. Maintenance is far less than what you would need to do with a aggressive n/a set up or aftermarket forced induction - you just need to check sparkplugs more often. As long as you dont run lean, it you are good to go
Both Rick and I picked up 10 mph on the go-go juice. hehehe.

How is it both you and Rick can make Nitrous sound like such a good idea with no effort at all
. It was pretty easy to tell when you guys switched to the spray...especially on Rick's final run...you could almost see the car torque when it kicked!
Hahaha. there was plenty of swearing and wrench throwing happening in our garages when we put them in, so saying "no effort" is a bit of an understatement. But once its set up, there isnt as much tuning and tweaking that you need to do with, say, a turbo set up.
"Set it and forget it!"
Next time you come down to toronto, I'll take you for a spin.
