need help on a A/F gauge

hey i looked on a how to thread on how to hook up a A/F ratio gauge but i need to find a purple with a while stripe wire but i could not see one anyone want to help me the how to said it was one of the wire in the ecu

are you doing a narrow band for just a light show or a wide band that actually works

well i wish i could help but i could have helped you in building a wideband.....but its all good. i really dont see a point in a narrowband....it does nothing for me

you hvae to wire it into the purplish wire coming out of the four wire oxygen sensor on the header (first o2 sensor)

no you don't....they both report readings to the pcm....and the one in the header is before the cat so which do you want?..a reading before the cat or after?....after

well my car has no purple wire with a white stripe all i have is purple ones

did you go to that thread i posted here?...you can get a signal wire off of your rear O2 sensor....the black wire will give you signal
