Need Help Identifing Problem

Okay. Bought my 08 Sport Sedan about 3 months ago. Small leak from the sunroof, still trying to locate and a massive leak in the passenger floor board along the firewall. Since this is the first car I've ever owned with a factory warranty, I take it to the dealership. They couldn't find a leak on the sunroof and they had to re-route a hose something to fix the floor board. Whatever. They also said they were going to order a replacement hose for my car, will call me in a couple of days. 3 weeks go by and nothing. Took me harassing them for five days to finally get a response of 'GM doesn't have a replacement hose available for you and we fixed it so let us know if it still leaks.' So, I go and snoop around the firewall and I find this:

Appears to have a big glob of RTV or rubber cement on it and something holding the neck of that tube on.
Whatever that crap is, they got it all over the steering rack and tore up the heat insulation on the firewall and neglected to reattach a brake line and A/C line. So basically, I'm asking what is a normal firewall supposed to look like on this car? I haven't had any Cobalt come in our install bay in a while, so I haven't been able to sneak a peak. I need some info and pictures so I can take them to the dealer and kick someones ass. I couldn't get away with this kind of **** so I'm not letting them off of the hook.

Pretty sure that insulation lines the firewall, get my arm covered in the stuff every time I work back there. Quite the haggard job they did.

Go to a different dealership man. Just stop dealing with the one you are at now.

If anybody could take a pic of what that section of passenger side firewall is supposed to look like I would greatly appreciate it.

my sunroof was leaking durring rain storms. i pulled the headliner down and found a dead bug in the drain for the sunroof.

if you remove the headliner you will see a poly line running from all four corners of the sunroof frame to both A and C pillars. pull one hose offa ta time and look in the tube. if you see somthing in there get it out. and if you cant take some compressed air and blow out each line and see if that makes a dfference. good Luck!

the part in the first picture is the drain for the AC condensation. this gets clogged and will create PUDDLES on the passanger floor (this happends to me, big time).

It looks like they just extended it so nothing will get in, and they probably cleaned it out.

I was getting rain water in through the floor board. Must've been a leak around that tube as well, that's the only reason I can think of for the black sealant.
