Hey I am looking to replace my exhaust and I live in Alberta. There is no law on replacing cats here so basically I want to replace as much of the stock as I can with a straight pipe without getting a CEL. Does anyone have a suggestion on what brand would be the best for me? Thanks!

 

what is the stock exhaust piping....2.25, 2.5, or 2.0?

 

Get a Magnaflow highflow cat. Don't go straight pipe. The only way to shut off the code will be with HP Tuners and your car will sound like ass.

 

2.0" where it drops into the cat, 2.5" from the cat back to the rear axle and then 2.25" from the axle to the muffler. It's all screwed up. IMO your best bet is to pick a diameter, 2.25" or 2.5" depending on your goals, and get the piping changed out to match. If you can work with some of the stock piping then great. I would change out all of the stock components though.

 

so where is the last 02 sensor in the stock exhaust system?

 

Ok so if I put in a Magnoflow Exhaust will it replace everything right up to the O2 sensor? I would like to replace as much as I can without getting the CEL. Also I have looked into the QTEC's does anyone have any experience with them?

 

Has anyone installed the pacesetter monza catback?? If so how are you liking it for sound and gains. Any CEL's.
