New OBX Header/Catless Dp

Looks like OBX is wanting in on the Ecotec Aftermaket Parts
I just spotted this on ebay today so I thought if anyone was looking for a Header/Catless Dp Setup. Damn only $225 this would be a hell of a deal if it fits.

IIRC the OBX is a pacesetter knockoff.

Entirely stainless, looks like good welding, and great collector/primary sizes for the 2.4l. Not to mention the price... someone buy this and tell us if it works! It would be the first header actually designed for the 2.4l other than Clear Image...

I ran an OBX header on my old focus for over two years and it was perfect. Never had any promblems with it. Only thing is after the frist time you start it and heat the header up it turns to a nice purple-goldish color. other then that it was well worth the money. and $257 shiped is cheap.

OBX use to have poor quality control and would get plenty of bad reviews about their headers. Issues like thin wall thickness, Poor Quality Welds, Fitting and durabilty were the commen negative things you would hear.
In the Cavalier/Sunfire, Civic and Integra community I can safely say I heard mostly good things about them recently
Yes it's a pacesetter knockoff but I'll take the knockoff that's made of SUS-304 Stainless over cheap mild steel tubing anyday

ZZP header

And there other one this one looks like the pacesetter.

Here's the picture of my OBX 4-1 Header
You can't get that classic bronze colour with the Pacesetter
Stainless FTW!

It says it's for the 2.4 L. so you might run into problems with that coolant line if you try to install it on the 2.2 but I'm not 100% sure
No Cat
This is for Off-Road Use or at your own risk on the street

Only 1.50" primaries, a little small for the SS/SC IMO....

You could but there's going to be some extra labour costs
1. You'll need to cut the downpipe and weld a cat after the flexpipe section
2. A new O2 Sensor Bung would have to be welded further down after the cat otherwise you get a P0240 Code
3. You'll might need to extend the rear O2 sensor wires to make it reach the newly welded bung

Not worth it IMO
This is only a good deal for someone specifically looking for a catless Header/Dp setup

I thought you already had the XTC Header & CA 2.5" Downpipe
How did that work out?
