2.25 is not to small for a NA 2.4 with bolt ons

anyone have the DC sports cat-back? youtube and streetfire don't really have anything.

 

I got my GMPP Cat Back on yesterday. I love the sound of it, except its rattling on something right under my driver seat when its cold, as soon as it warms up its fine. But I still want to get rid of the rattle. i'll try to get a video soon.

 

mine doesnt rattle when its cold..check our clamps.make sure they are not hitting the car...my car is so loud when it first starts up..gotta love it though

 

When I tightened the clamps on I put the threading in the top, just so it wasn't hanging below the exhaust and closer to the ground. So maybe i'll just get under there and flip them around.

 

yeah try ...def shud b the problem..if the clamps r on top they will def rattle...turn them around or on the side..w/e works for u

 

still am next weekend its getting installed

I found out what the deal was. Its not the clamps actually, they are in a decent place and don't hit anything. When I installed the first pipe with the bend in it I have the bend tilted a tad bit too high and its rattling on a rivet or something right under my passenger seat. So all i gotta do it loosen up the clamp and slightly turn my pipe downward a little bit.

I think i did but so called "friends" keep screwing me over i got a date at the shop sept 19th weekend installed and tuned

 

Your laughing doesn't mean **** to anyone. The only thing that I could find bad about my post was maybe the wording. In that case I have to twist/turn/rotate my exhaust piping counter-clockwise a few degrees to stop the rattling. No big deal there, just a minor adjustment.
