"better" is relative. Depends what your power goals are, what kind of power curve you want, what your budget is, etc.

hmmm, ill have had both soon

supercharged: has its advantages because the parts are way easy to find, and cheap, you can make decent power and its fun

turbo: has its advantages because you can have the potential to make alot more power then a s/c'd car more effiently, but its more money for parts, most likely will "want" to buy them new, but thats just me,

theres so many threads that are like "which one should i do" and its dumb

As said above, 9 times out of 10 a blower setup is going to cost less, and accordingly yield lesser numbers. Really the only advantange I can see being supercharged.

You can do an M62 swap plus full bolt-ons and a tune for the same price of just a turbo kit. That's what drew me to the decision to do an SC build.

For the price of a stage 1 turbo kit, you can get a stage 2 supercharger, full exhaust, intake, bored throttle body, upgraded suspension, cooling mods, tune, and probably have money to spare. The ability to make the highest amount of power definitely goes to turbo builds, but on a $/hp basis, you cannot beat an M62 swap.

another major difference is where would you want your power to be. low end or high end?

rpm. accelerating more at the lower rpm range, but not gaining much more power in the higher rpms, or having your car run even slower down low, but gain a lot of power in the higher rpms

the SC boosts pretty much immediately while with the TC you have to wait for it to spool. also the bigger the turbo the higher in the RPMs u have to wait for it to spool.
