Oil on Valve Cover

I'm just curious why I seem to have an issue with oil on top of my valve cover (the part where the coil packs / plugs are) and why I can't seem to keep it off of it or keep the damn thing clean. It seems to be coming from the Camshaft Acuator Solenoids but they are properly secured and tightened / sealed. I don't want to PC it if oil is just going to live there... Any ideas?
