So this just happened. When I got home I disconected the battery and it went away.

Yea this **** freaked me out. The transmission was shifting hard and it was slipping as well.

did u leave the door open for a long period of time? it looks like its the anti theft ****. did it come back after battery reset?

No I didn't leave the door open. I Just got off work and went to the store. It didn't come back on.

Almost looks like a possibly blown bcm, but I can't prove anything. Bad BCMs do some WEIRD things.

A friend have the same car? Swap them out and check, or a dealer could test it.

did you do any work recently? check any body grounds and what not that you may have touched while doing any work. if you havent done anything recently i would side with Tommy on this one.

Don't know anybody with an 08Sport. I havent done anything to it in a while. The car is tunned so I can't really take it to the dealer. I think I got some bad fuel last time I filled up. Could that have something to do with it.?

hell my 06 did this shortly after i installed my sound system. found the big bolt to the positive under the hood to be loose
