I find it hard to believe the super turbo "wont fit", but it looks like I'll have to go with the Ultra Flo
That sucks dude, well when you get it installed do a vid anyway it should still sound really good with the ultra flow muffler.

I will! I'm sure it will sound good, but I'm catless and wanted to keep the noise down

I guess if it's too ridiculous I can take it to a muffler shop and have them replace it with a Super Turbo.

Hey guys I was reading all of ur previous posts in this thread, and made me want to change my Megan Muffler for a Dynomax Super Turbo. I was thinking though, since it's a full Megan cat-back and not a stock one, I think it's better to get Center/Center for the Dynomax Muffler. Also 2.5 inlet/outlet, but don't really know how big I should get the muffler. Guys got any idea? I have a 3" Catless ZZP Downpipe, and will be having shorty headers in about a week.
(EDIT)
Crap I just noticed they don't have 2.5 inch inlet/outlet for center/center.
I am guessing I will have do make it fit with the 17733 which is offset/center. What do u guys think?

I don't know how I feel about the Dynomax. Its made by Walker, which is a very respectable brand, but it uses fiberglass packing. I don't want the sound of my exhaust to eventually go back to being loud.

I think I'm going this route:

http://www.stainlessworks.net/cart/p...roducts_id=601

All stainless steel. Chambered, looks very similar to the dynomax super turbo, and it uses steel wool packing.

i have a zzp header to a catted 3 in downpipe with a maganflow 2.5 catback. the magnaflow muffler is so raspy from mileage im guessing so i wanted to go witht the dynomax turbo muffle

the maganflow cat back has an 5x8x18 side/center muffler and the closest dynomax with 2 1/2 in/out is 4 x 9 3/4 x 18 1/2 i believe. should i be okay fitment wise with this size on my maganflow catback?

Had it in my sig for a while but didn't get a chance to install it until today. I must say the Stainlessworks muffler is AWESOME! It is just a tiny bit louder than stock at idle and cruise, and sounds AWESOME at WOT!

I can finally hear my TVS again!

Heres pics:

Inlet:

Outlet:

Out with the old:

In with the new:

Before:
YouTube - 2007 Cobalt SS Supercharged - Harrop HTV1320-LSJ TVS Dyno
YouTube - Pyros Harrop TVS Drive by with new exhaust

^ All you hear is exhaust

After:

YouTube - 2007 Cobalt SS Supercharged - Harrop HTV1320-LSJ TVS Dyno
YouTube - 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt SS Supercharged - TVS + Stainless Works muffler
YouTube - Spirited Cobalt SS/SC TVS

^ TVS whine, plus an incredible WHOOOOOSHHHHHHHHH sound from the exhaust.

I love it! The video doesn't really do it justice.

I must admit the old Magnaflow muffler sounded mean as hell, but sometimes you kinda get sick of scaring people on the morning commute at part-throttle or looking over your shoulder every time you decide to get a little spirited.

Sounds really good man, yeah i could definetly hear the tvs now compared to the old magnaflow muffler you had on your car before. I honestly think between the two the stainless works muffler sunds way better none of that high pitched tone the magnaflow gives.
