sc problems

ok so i SC'd my car about 2 months ago and at first everything was great now im having a bunch of stupid problems.

1. im now loosing boost somewhere, was boosting close to 10psi on a 3.0" pulley and now im at like 7-8psi, which in turn my car is now running rich. i was running a 11.7 at WOT for a long time when i was boosting 10psi. now that i have dropped to 7-8psi i have also dropped to a 10.9-11.1 AFR at WOT.

2. i do not have coolant flowing through my in and out on my heat exchanger. i have dual pass and option b. now i did something a little different and i connected the top and bottom holes on the end plate together and have a T connection at the top and bottom, the bottom one connects to my pump and the top one runs to a smaller hose and connects to the little nipple at the top of the option b tank (this was done to get all bubbles out of my hoses) also the big hose that connects to the option b tank comes from a third connection at the top left of my heat exchanger. where as the in/out connectors are both on the right side of h/e. my pump is connected to the bottom of these two connections and the top is connected to the middle hole on my dual pass endplate.

i just recently did a boost leak test and we could not find any big leaks, just a very small one at the injectors and thatg was it, however on my intake manifold it looks as if i have 2 missing bolts. but my question is, if those bolts weren't there for the whole 2 months, how come i had no problems the first month?

any help is greatly appreciated!

check for a vac leak if your missing screws in the intake mani. coolant wont give you boost problems. it'll just raise your iats which isnt good

Wut u need to do is put te nuts or bolts where they need to be. The tighten them down. The reason it prob didn't leak is becuz it was tightened down and whwn u warm it the cool it down ut expands then shrinks. So fix the missing bolts or nuts. Then data log it if u can who ever ure tuner. If ure trifecta ask vince....

hot air going into your engine from your sc would cause less boost because the air is thinner so the air pressure/boost would be less, right?

bypass valve is the canister ont he side of the SC correct? if so my dad unfortuantely not too long ago capped the bottom nipple for where a ss/sc would have a boost controller which in turn caused my car to be boosting 1psi. now i was troubleshooting and kept trying to see under what conditions it would have the boostproblem so needless to say i did maybe 5 pulls with that cap on before figuring this out. could i have messed it up and it's not opening and/or closing all the way like it should?

Hot air expnds, while colder air is denser so u can cram, more air into somthing. Warmer can cause more boost actually. So I think ure boost issue is either the tune or. Vacuum line issue.

its not the tune because i had the car running great for the first month and a half or so at 11.7 afr and 10psi

yes i have that one but i have another nipple below it that i had originally left open but then my dad capped it and it caused me to drop to 1 psi and ever since then i have been having some problems, or at least around that time

Jt cn be the tune lol. Its colder out side oso that causes the timing maps,to add timing which will cause kr whixh in this case will limit boost and make ure afrs wack.

Ure bypass valve on the sc can be stuck open. Not the vavle but the butterfly for the bypassing ir.

If u tuned it send me the tune and ill look at it.

The supercharger is not controlled by the boost bypass controller.
