pacesetter has two sizes of headers.I have a 07 cobalt ss 2.4l with your average bolt ons.
would the 1-3/4" primaries be too big?

Cobalt 05-06 2.2L Ecotec 1-1/2",3"
Cobalt SS 05-06 2.0L Supercharged 1-3/4",3"

 

No, its not too big. Go for it.

 

i've got the 1 3/4 header and its fine, moved the power band a little bit but nothing huge

 

header!!! no headers!!! lol anyways, i would go with the 1 3/4 one, more room to breathe and leaves room for improvement if u decide to mod more later

 

for those who have pacesetter headers,what gains could i expect whit these parts
aem cai,zzp dp,2.5" magnaflow cat back, magnaflow cat,stage 2 jet chip
