If your using the zzp pulley system you can go down to a 2.7 without snout machining and for longevity I wouldnt go any lower than that.

and on a 2.4 I would recommend any lower than a 2.8 anyways I see it as pushing it myself.

Yea I figured it'd be ok but I'm not sure. I wanted to see wht others were running if they went lower than 2.8. Do y'all think I'd get real bad coNsequences by goin 2.7???

2.7 is the smallest you can go without machining the snout.

If you want it pm me I can send you pics and such, the bolt pattern does not fit my smootheflow hub.

Is anyone certain a 2.7 will fit without modification??

^this. if you want more after a 2.8 i wouldn't bother going for a smaller pulley, i'd go with a tvs or turbo setup. expensive, but you're getting the best out of your M62 with a 2.8 imo. people will argue with me, but that's just where i told myself i'd stop.

on the 2.0LSJ its not such a big deal. the blocks are meant for boost. the 2.4, not so much

i didnt see any gains going to a 2.8 or 2.7 when i was supercharged, but never had the regulator until now

cool good luck, I have my meth kit here in my room..... although I'm not sure at what size the nozzle is. I also have a complete valvetrain with +1mm oversized valves sitting in a box as well. Just waiting for my financial status to be good. I got a new job two weeks ago so I'm getting paid more so maybe just maybe I'll have all this done sooner than I thought.

hmmmmmm..... just scrolled through zzp website and I couldn't find the fuel pressure regulator
