smokey exhaust?

i dont think its suppose to smoke when i bump the exhaust from idle to like 2k or something its not like real bad but any ideas? or normal? i just get freaked out if something happens... haha

IF you're rattling at all, get your cat checked. My cat went out at around 25k miles in 2.4.. and it was still totally stock at the time.

My build date was Sept or Oct 06 if you want to check that.

What color is the smoke?

If its Blue smoke then is either blow-by oil that is getting past the rings or valve seals are leaking..
If its white then there is coolant getting in the combustion cambers..
If its black then your air/fuel mixture is way too rich..

Does it smoke all the time?? or just for a second when you first start the engine??

its hardly noticeable when driving only if i bump the rpms up and it happens to blow the right way... i believe its blue, maybe white have to play around tomorrow
