Canada spark plugs

I have recently purchased a 2006 Cobalt SS with the 2.4 and would like to know if different plugs and wires would really make much of a performance difference. I want to do a cold air induction when they become available but for now, is it worth the money and if so...what brand to use.

factory plugs and wires are good until you do a lot more mods. sparking system is pretty good on our cars. go with intake and exhaust first

Would the ss/sc's plugs work ? They are NGK Iridium plugs. Pretty much will last forever. Copper plugs don't last as long but will provide colder ranges. Best for smaller pulleys to avoid retards ! Oh I mean Knock Retard

iridium spark plugs work better on a forced induction vehicle. stick with the factory ones they are good. go with a intake and exhaust major diff in performance.
