If you want to have it always hooked up, yes you need a 3rd bung. If just for tuning I'm pretty sure you can just pull one of the o2 sensors and use that. I'm not sure which sensor though.

 

How should I go about the coolant system? Since ill have an intercooler now. Just use OEM or flush and use a certain brand, 50/50?

Ok so anothere issue my M8 bolts for the lower IM bracket dont fit into the block. becks build said you need to drill the holes bigger. My holes are already too big and I didnt drill them. Amd an m10 doesnt fit. Also what size are the stuck lsj studs so I can make the lower middle holes bigger.

 

under no circumstances should you get a shitty trifecta tune, go with HP tuners.

well on a 2.2 I didn't need to reroute the ac lines

 

Lucky.. its like the bottom left side of the TB (big plastic part) hits the line.. can I just bend them down more or woukd that be a bad idea??

 

i mean if it's a little bit of a clearance issue you should be able to bend it to make it work

 

GOT EVERYTHING on BUT when it fires up it jumps to 2k.. and ideas?? bad TB maybe?

Does it hold at 2k rpm? Or just on initial startup? Does it run rough? What are some of its characteristics while its running?

 

No doesn't run rough but now its going up to 3k

 

And does anyone want to please help me on IAT2 I do not understand that diagram and plus I think my wires are different.. I have yellow, black/stripe, pink, light brown maybe tan colored, then lite blue.. Which are the 2 i need

If you follow Becks write-up on the swap, it should be pretty straight forward. I don't recall the exact procedure I followed but feel free to msg him. I'll be seeing him today so I can tell him to assist you if he can.

 

Ok I believe I have figured out what colors I need. Its blue and tan for a 2.4.

Ok one last thing. The car still isn't running right. When I turn it on it revs up to 2-3k and I have a P0107 code. I was wanting to read my iat2s but at this point i don't really care no matter which way I wire it up car still revs. So maybe its a bad MAP sensor.

What is a replament I can use for my 2.4?

ZZP days there map sensor won't work on 08 and up and if I go to advanced or auto zone they have sensors with 3 pins instead of 4 like I have now..

I have that now I was looking around on other forums and I finally have the part #. I think mine might be bad.

And I should've listen to everyone about trifecta. Terrible its been 3 weeks since I've heard from them, so I have an HP tunner guy coming over in a few days hopefully.

 

Just installed AEM UEGO wideband and the gauge reads 17 ... 14..... Stays around 15 then slowly creeps up all the way red then I have 3 red dashes that don't go away?? Any idea?
