The ss/sc TB should be enough for the cams. Although you'll need hptuners to adjust for the size difference. They also have used the TB of the 4.2l but that might be a bit overkill.

i have the LSJ Tb on my 2.4 but i'm supercharged. Soon to be upgrading to the 4.2L TB. you have to swap some wires around to make them compatible and you'll need to retune the car.

here's a link

You will need a tune if you want to run the LSJ tb. You will throw a code...not sure if the car will run very well without the tune.

I've been searching around. No one I've seen makes a different throttle body for the 2.4. I've read on here some have ported the throttle body themselves. I believe it was REDFOCZ that did his own.

I've been looking for others mods also since I'm out of bolt ons.

Saturn Motorsports makes a ported TB for the 2.4 Ion that will fit our cars. You send them your stock one, and you'll get the core charged refunded too.

well am I correct in thinking the colorado TB would be WAY to massive for our cars? (in a N/A form of course, not SC/TC) I know that rebel said in their thread for the LSJ plate they make that they were working on something for us 2.4 guys but we get no love. maybe i'll try contacting them..
