I recommend this turbo, should see boost at around 60k rpms, right after your pistons liquify and come out the exhaust.

I think the HAHN kit is more "finished" than that of ZZP's.

However, ZZP's is alot cheaper.

Either one would be good for a DD.

Granted, I have a bike and truck to fall back on if i blow this one up, but this is my DD.

And i work about 3 blocks from where i live. So i could always walk to work.

Hahn includes cheaper components and charges far more than we do for a 2.4 kit. We have also refined our kits to address a couple suggestions that we have heard.

Hanh's racecraft cease the production of the turbo kit for the LE5 because not enough kit have been sold in the past month
my speedshop have try every dealer and it's all the same thing

Thats a pretty serious claim you got there.

What proof do you have?

Did you guys buy the hahn kit to compare pieces?

Id be interested to see what Bill Hahn Jr, or Aaron has to say about this statement.

I could have worded that differently. I'm not trying to say that their kit is junk. The components I was mainly referring to are their built-in wastegate vs. our TiAL 38mm wastegate, and their plastic bypass valve vs. our 50mm BOV or optional TiAL BOV. For the price they charge, I wouldn't be satisfied with some of their budget components.

Their plastic bypass valve is a BOSCH Recirculating valve, which is used on cars such as Porsche's.

You would then know that a recirc valve is far better for performance than a bov for any vehicle.

Internal Wastegates vs External Wastegates make no difference other then complexity of the build, for these power gains.

If you wanted to be a 1000whp wonder, then ya, youd want a external wastegate. However in this case, its mute.


Im not saying the ZZP kit is crap, however first appearances make it appear to seem "unfinished" in a sense.

I hope ZZP can outdo HAHN's kits. Its nice to see littler companies compete with bigger ones. Plus, it sparks competitiveness, and HAHN will get the ball rolling faster on their stage kits.

Which company are you referring to as "littler" and which one are you referring to as "bigger"? I doubt that Hahn is bigger than ZZP if that's what you are saying.
