Twin Charged LE5

Has a twin charged 2.4 sedan ever been built? I've been toying with this idea for awhile.

It's really pointless, just choose one or the other and save yourself the hassle.

I already plan on getting in supercharged because I don't have to rebuild the engine for that but later on I'm considering making the only 2.4 twin charged.

You don't have to rebuild the engine for a turbo either you just can't run the turbo you have at max boost. Hell I have a EFR 6758 that I'm going to run for a year on the stock 2.2 engine internals just so I can complete the turbo build this year then later build an engine.

If your doing it to be different and have spare money laying Around as well as something to drive during the long drawn out tuning of and rebuilding of your engine then all the power to you.

If not don't put yourself through the nightmare. With the kind of power you will be wanting to make with the twin charge kit boost leg will be your friend when it comes to traction and if your not looking for big power just stay supercharged.

The 2.4 isn't friendly to allot of power without serious buiddng though.

I really figured that, you have quite a few build threads already but I don't think you've bought any parts...

Why would you not want to buy it, I'd be offering him extra money to help me install it and wouldn't even be bothering with a turbo.

How many twincharged cobalts have their been? The purple one. ZZP had one briefly. I think there was a remote mount turbo one. That's it. There is a reason it's not done more often kid.
