soooo i took my car into the dealership....
apparently with the amount of modifications done to teh car... my header might void my warranty as my car is burning oil... and they think the header is what caused the issue...
SUCH BULLSHIT!! ive had the worst luck EVER with ******* saturns...
any truth behind this??

they JUST called me to tell me that they are taking it up with the district manager or some ****, if they come back and say they wont fix it.. ill BE PISSED and tell them anything u guys post in here...
i know the header has NOTHING to do with burning oil, but they seem to think it does...

They technically don't have to prove ****. The only way that "Act" will ever help you out is in court. By the time you are done paying court fees, lawyer fees, etc. it will just be cheaper to dish out the money yourself to pay for it. It sucks but that's the way it is with modded cars and warranties.
Either that or take it to another dealer and hope they aren't douchebags about it.

They can void the warranty for spark plugs let alone header. It's sad, but that's how they roll. As for the header CAUSING the oil burning. IDK. IF it threw off your 02 sensors then yes, otherwise HOW?
i'd take them ***** to court. And sue em for more then just the repairs. Those ****s deserve it. YOU MONEY IS PAYING THEIR CHECK and they dont want to do **** all... Are they ******* retarded.
My #4 piston blew up and they declined fixing it based on the idea that the Fujita CAI "Overboosted the engine" causing the failure. I contacted the GM complaint department, BBB, and a lawyer and was told that there was nothing I could do about it. Basically I could not pay one lawyer to go upagainst GM's dozens of lawyers. Sorry man but they got you and there isn't **** you can do about it. I will never buy Chevy again.
Well that pretty much sucks man sorry to hear, and I would go to other dealers like others have said. I've had a few problems with MAF sensor getting damn due to the AEM DryFlow 3 times and one dealer fixed it twice and the 3rd I had to pay because they said it was voided but I always go up there with all my repairs. 3rd I had to pay like $120 but needless to say I went back to the Injen filter.

ill take the car to a CHEVY dealership closer to my place... they are pretty good with that stuff..

magnusson moss is a US federal law.
doesnt do diddly for us up here bro.
try another dealership with your stock header on is probably the best bet.
but since its being reported to district, you may not be able to do that either :/

if another "gm tech" tells you the header is causing the engine to burn oil, ask him to explain how and tape record his response. probly wont help your case at all, but atleast he will get laughed at and callled a ******* for coming up with a bullshit explanation
