i have a pontiac G5 Gt 2.4 and i am looking for buy my exhaust system but what do you think of make a 2 3/4 exhaust system?

does any body know the size of the stock exhaust system pipes? how thick is

i have installed

- injen CAI
- CA shorty header
- short shifter
- H&R springs
- not CAT
- magnaflow mufler
- stock resonator

what do you thing? is to thick the 2 3/4? or you dont recomend me that and better installa a 2 1/2?

it bottlenecks to a 2.25

08G5GT2.4L

Its 2.5" all the way to the rear axle, then it shrinks to 2.25". For the LE5 2.5" is more then sufficient.

All you need to do is get the rear axel section of your exhaust replaced with 2.5 inch pipe then you'll have a full 2.5 inch exhaust and since you already have a muffler it'll be super cheap to get that done at a muffler shop.
