I'm gonna see how my clutch holds up. I deploy in May for 4 months; after that, new clutch.

well you'll be putting down more trq then me but long as you keep modest boost 7-10 lbs.. you should be ok depending on mileage and how you drive it

Looks good. I've thought about swapping to their 2.4 turbo kit so many times...

Hey how much would it be if I wanted the kit for my 2.2...I already have a lot of the parts, so I'll only need:
turbo
manifold
wastegate
downpipe
intercooler
piping
hoses/clamps etc

already have:
injectors and harness
ic pump and bracket
heat exchanger
tuning

feel free to pm me. I wanted to pm u, but I'm on my iPhone so I can't get the menu to open when I clck ur name

Im boosted!

It's finally official. I'm boosted. I got the car tuesday afternoon. The car was throwing a couple codes that would require me to get a case relearn, which made the car driveable, just not safe to boost on. On the way home, the car threw a P0606 code and I was warned with a ENG PWR REDUCED on my "hud"; this made it very difficult to drive the car, as it felt as if I was running with about 25% engine power. So I was very easy on the car the rest of the way (2 hours) I was planning on going this morning to go get a case relearn from a stealership. However, last night I discovered that my DashHawk had the ability to not only clear the codes from the car, but it also has a case relearn program. So I cleared the codes (still throws a P0606 in some events), went throught the case relearn steps, and now my car is running like a BEAST . The blow-off valve sounds amazing. The external wastegate makes the car scream but is a little loud, and I might end up getting it recirculated. I can't tell you how much I love this car now. I can't wait to get a tune on this thing and throw it on a dyno. I'm only running minimum boost right now, but this thing just loves to spool. I definitely recommend this kit! AND last but not least I gotta give a huge shoutout to Bill (BD CUSTOMZ). He not only installed the kit for me, he was also very helpful at educating me (a boost noob) on anything and everything about my NEW car. I would definitely recommend you see Bill for your boosting, and other mechanical needs; he's not only a great mechanic, but a very cool guy.
I think thats it for now, I'll try to get some pictures and maybe videos up this weekend.

good to hear, kit was a pretty nice install aside from some issues.......... but I'll leave that to bill.
Glad you were able to get the case relearn done through the dashhawk, I wasn't sure if you could when bill called me up yesterday.
Take it easy on the car though until you get at least a wideband up in there to see what's going on, or we can get our friends dyno for a bit to log it and tweak as necessary.

Few fitment issues though there ZZP, nothing major, but should be looked into (also instructions were fine for us, but noobs will be screwed). I have a few pictures of what I"m talking about and I'll post em up in here when I get a chance.

I"ll let kyle (vince lol) mess with your tune as I'm not a fan of the 2.4's pcm.

yea we'll get it done yea bill called my yesterday saying umm **** i need a case relearn and i was like i can do it but i dont have a laptop on me .. i can get one lol but dashawk works too lol

yea man get a wideband.. we can do some street tuning then dial it in on the dyno with the wideband.. but having a wideband is essential for getting an accurate tune

got some pics I snapped, bill ended up getting bored saturday night and knocked out almost the whole thing before I got there sunday morning lol.

fitment issue with HE (bumper was already cracked)

and of course my poor car still sitting in pieces for the 4th or 5th month lol

I"ll give it to ZZP this was one of the easiest turbo kits to install minus a few issues with the down pipe.
