Wine

I barely have over 1500 miles on my new cobalt and I'm starting to get a wine noise when I'm in 2nd and 3rd gear around 3000 rpm's. It even does this at hwy speeds around 65-70 and I dont know what it could be. I have done any mods yet and was thinking it could be a vacum leak. What do you guys think it could be.

When the VVT kicks in it will produce a little whine (similar to supercharger whine, but not nearly as loud).
