so i was talking to my local shop that does custom exhaust work and he was saying for like 200-300 they would replace most the piping put a new muffler and exhaust tip on.
my question is, is it worth the 600 to by a corsa catback system as apposed to just having my shop do a system for me for half the price?

 

I Just Bought A Magnaflow Race Mufler And Tacked It In Place Of The Huge Stock One Because We Have 2.5" Stainless Steel All The Way Back Anyways So Whats The Diff

 

actually the exahust slims down to 2.25

but performance/sound wise is the cheaper custom exhaust gonna give me the deep sound that i want

 

If they know what they are doing and aren't using crush bends, than you should be fine. Yes, it's worth it. Most exhaust systems, you're either paying for the name or a shiney stainless steel system.
