Hey guys I just got a 2006 cobalt sssc and I'm pretty new to cars. I want to upgrade my exhaust and I was looking in the magnaflow 2.5 or the zzp 2.5. I was wondering it would be a waste to get one of these exhausts and a racing header and leave the stock downpipe and cat. Can I get an aftermarket downpipe and keep the cat? Or should I just get the catback and not the header? Or can I get the header, the catback and keep the stock cat and downpipe

Upgrade as much as you can exhaust as you'll need it possibly down the road..you can't go wrong with either exhaust and youll gain some decent power gains from the lack of restriction
