2006 cobalt ls turbo

i want to put a turbo on my 2006 2.2l cobalt ls but i don't know much about turbos and i found a used turbo kit for 600$ and i want to know what i need to put a turbo but just the minimum (i dont want to spend to much)

If you don't want to spend much then just move on. Honestly a TK isn't something to be cheap on. Just a quality turbo will usually cost $600+.

Even supercharging is going to set you back at least a grand and a half. Turbo's are too much work and will drain your bank.

hey sentry you like your turbo? im lookin into gettin one...the vulcan kit looks tight....but is garrett better?
