The stockers used in the GM build didn't fail till over 700hp. So I don't think your going to have a problem with them. Now if you want to go with more then .5mm of overbore, I know Darton makes a +1 (87mm) for the 2.2. Should fit fine in an LSJ. Bigger then that and you might need to get custom sleeves made.

golden eagle does block sleeving on ecotecs. hondas are $850 and i would assume ecotecs arent much more if any seeing as they have the same sleeve style as hondas (open deck)

let me rephrase myself, there the same for the 2.0L and 2.2

what does the 2.4 have for bore

Bore is 88mm on the 2.4, with a 98mm stroke.

thats why i did it myself, take my time and follow directions from the book very very carefully, i even found a couple goofy things that gm does, that well is weird, like who the **** wants to use angle sockets. its easier just to go with torque specs, that way u can re torque the studs half hour later
