The only reason you should go with the stage 2 cams is because it allows for a more streetable powerband. If you read on ZZP's website the stage 3s move the powerband much higher than anyone would be able to use on a DD setup.

The question I never see answered with the stage 3 is; "where is it giving up the power?"

"moves the powerband" insinuates a loss of lower rpm power, but where? how much?

for example, if its below 2000, but everything from 3 to 8 is still an increase over stage 2, then yeah, I might never see 95, but I would still have gains, and might be able to stomach the loss at 200 and below.

but without a stated powerband, or dyno info, or something, who can make an educated decision?

I've seen the dyno comparos between stage one and stage 2,but never a comparo of stage 2 and stage 3.

anybody ?

Don't know if there is a dyno comparison. But I would imagine it's very similar to stage 1 to stage 2.

do u have a link to the dyno comparisons for stage 1 and 2? ive never seen any numbers with these cams at all. They brag with their dyno sheets for CAI but dont even put one up for cams. Makes me wonder if the gains are worth it
